I'm an operations and program management professional with 12+ years of experience making complex systems run better. My background spans HR ops, cross-functional program management, and process improvement at companies like Zoom and Moody's, where I built the frameworks, workflows, and reporting that help teams move faster and leaders decide smarter.
I'm currently transitioning into Marketing Operation, building hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM strategy, and marketing automation. I'm pursuing my Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification and Salesforce Administrator certification, and developing a deeper understanding of how data-driven marketing programs connect to revenue outcomes.
